Air

Intention: We are immersed in air at all times and the element itself is a reminder that I am a part of a whole. This is a piece to show my understanding of how I want to positively contribute to the health of all living things around me. That I am struggling to live a man made life. There are a lot of influences for this piece.

Context: I envision this to be a music video style piece. It will start off with a dark room and a spot light on a treadmill. There is a large fan in the room and everything is quiet. A man dressed in a business suit enters the room. He is faceless and he turns on the fan. It's blowing hard, real hard. He then gets on the treadmill and runs until it goes to a speed at which he simply can not keep up with. He jumps off and the treadmill keeps going. The music stops and all the audience can hear is the loud sound of the fan and the high pitch of the treadmill.

Audience: YouTubers everywhere.

Medium: It will look a little like this except no pig and the music would be different.

Alternatives: This can also be an installation piece where instead of a man running on the treadmill, we have a suit hanging from the ceiling being blown around while the treadmill is on high. People can move through the room to view the piece.
